* Children 12 years old or younger can stay as a bed-sharing. (Bedding are not provided.)
Double rooms can accommodate up to 1 child, twin rooms can accommodate up to 2 children, and Penthouse/Garden Suites can accommodate up to 4 children.
* If you booking includes breakfast, children aged 6 to 12 years will receive a meal.
* There are no amenities or equipment for children.
* If your children need a bed, please make a reservation as an "adult".

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Room cleaning: We do NOT clean your room for going green if you stay for 4 nights or less.
Only we collect trash and we change towels every day instead.
*In the case of 5 nights or more, we clean your room on a particular date for free.
If you need room cleaning service besides a particular date, it is available for a charge.
Please ask front desk staff on the previous day.
