The food and the hot spring are the key factors for staying in a roman hotel. On both counts, it is just good for the hot spring and good, but not great for the food. The hot spring spa has a small one-heated pool and another small one outside without any view. The cuisine isn't terrible by Japanese standards, but by roman standards it would only be good and not great because there is no sashimi in the kiseki dinner! However, it could be that we were also spoilt after staying at the best in noguichi borrow and noboribetsu in hokkaido. Breakfast however was excellent. After breakfast, we strolled to the hotel-owned vegetable farm, which is only 300 meters away, where the hotel grows their own vegetable varieties and mushrooms. When we looked at the freshness and quality of their vegetables, we quickly understood why this hotel cuisine is so highly rated despite the fact that it lacks seafood. Another drawback to this Roman is that most rooms do not have a bathroom, and guests must bathe in the communal hot spring.

家から近く、二回目の宿泊です。 ぬるっとした温泉で、肌が綺麗になるような気がします。 食事も地元野菜が多く使われており、美味しいです。

This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at! We stayed in a private suite. Perfect! This time of year, the temperature was quite nice. They give kata nice robes that you can change into and wear throughout the hotel, day and night. One of the things I really liked was the heated Kotatsu dining table which was the greatest invention on a chilly December day! There are a few brews included in the room. Free internet is available in the lobby area of the hotel, but not in the rooms on the upper floors. I advise checking in early to make the most of the day. The multicourse dinner was excellent Japanese style. What makes it special is that they grow all of their vegetables on site! You can even take a tour of their farm. Breakfast is served buffet-style and has many options.

Stayed in May for one night with an guaranteed arrival room. Located near Kameoka Station, the hotel offers a free shuttle service. The rooms are very large, and there is a sofa and tatami seating area in a Japanese style, and they provide some drinks and snacks as well. A scented diffuser on the bed helps to promote a restful night's slumber. They offer an additional foot bath bucket that can be used as a seat for two people. The outdoor wooden bathtub can fit 2 persons comfortably, or you can bathe for more than 15, 20 minutes at once, so it also functions. Amoeba is among the oldest, with high-quality minerals that is used for rehabilitation. Dinner is fairly tasty but not the greatest. For example, the vegetables grown on their local farms taste exceptionally good just if you think about the lavish sashimi or beef dinner. Breakfast is a buffet of standard offerings, and the quality is also excellent. We checked in at rp because we first thought it would be monotonous to arrive too early as there was nothing to do, but we ended up regretting we should have been there sharp by rp. The drawback is that the room has a fence, which is about shoulder high, and the greens outside aren't planned as being unique, which could impede the view and atmosphere.

We took a trip there just in January and February. Everything in the receptionist, the places to eat supper and brunch, and even a gentleman in the lobby, which seemed to be a kind of builder, was always witty and welcoming. We had a nice dinner buffet with crabs and shrimps. Though it wasnt easy to remove the meat from it because we werent particularly accustomed to eating it. Although you struggle to get the meat out of crabs, you get hungry. However, it was entertaining and delightful how they prepare a variety of techniques to enjoy the food. Breakfast included rice and bread, tea, and coffee, as well as tea and coffee. It was also a buffet where you could consume as much as you like while eating the meal. The communal hot spring bath had two types of baths, and each of them was either hot or cold, and had the ideal temperature. It was very clean and had everything we required. I wish there were a few more types of bathtub or sauna. It wasn't all packed, but it was peaceful. We opted for a Japanesestyle room with tatami mats and an attached bathroom. You can take a shuttle bus between Kameoka station and the location, which is extremely convenient for those who cannot travel there by car. The driver was also friendly even though he had just us to bring to the location
