Kyoto Plaza Hotel Annex

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Breakfast is served from 06:30 AM to 09:30 AM.
On-site parking is available but the spaces are limited. Please contact the property in advance to secure a spot.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. If the guest did not check-in and no information is provided before 10:00 PM on the day of arrival, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
The accommodation tax is not included in the room rate. It will be charged by person per night and needs to be paid at the property.
