[Notice] All reservations are displayed as adult rates, but children's rates will be applied to those aged 4-18.
We will check again at check-in and change the amount charged for both on-site payment and advance payment.
In addition, there is a resident rate for those who live in Kyoto City.

Accommodation tax will be charged directly at the property.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Guests with dinner: Please make sure to check in by 7:30 PM.
Please note that the hotel is 5 minutes by taxi from JR Hanazono Station or by No.26 Bus from Kyoto Station.
