From stays on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the method of providing meals to guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be changed.
Guests with allergies to any of the 28 specified ingredients can request a "low-allergen menu." If you wish to request this, please indicate so in the remarks column.
・We are unable to accommodate requests regarding specific ingredients or cooking methods.
・Applications for the "low-allergen menu" must be made at least two days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
・We are unable to accommodate allergies to ingredients other than the 28 specified items, changes to ingredients due to medication or pregnancy, or dislikes of certain foods.

Children 0-2 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children 3-5 years old will be charged JPY 4,950 per child per night when using existing bed.
Children 6 years and over are considered as adults.
Children 6 years and over will be served adult's meals (western-style course menu). If you wish to change to children's meals, please inform the property directly regarding the number of children and meal plan prior to arrival.

Starting from stays on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, the method of providing meals to guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be changed. This notice is intended for all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed with us in the past, so please be sure to read it carefully. *For reservations made by November 30, 2024, for stays on or after January 14, 2025, we will be contacting guests regarding the changes in allergy accommodations.
