[Dinner] Guests staying with dinner must check in by 07:00 PM. After check-in time, dinner will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Starting April 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Taxes at the revised rates directly to the property at the time of check-in. The taxes are charged on a per person, per night basis, calculated from the room rate as follows:
