There is no shop or restaurant within a 30-minute walk of the property.Guests travelling by plane are advised to leave New Chitose Airport by 15:00 to arrive at the property before 18:30.Please note that the set of stairs leading to the 2nd floor are steep and is practically a ladder. Children and guests with certain physical/health conditions may find it difficult to climb to the 2nd floor.Please note that this property does not accommodate children 5 years of age and below. Children 6 years and older are included in the guest count and can be accommodated.Guests are required to indicate the correct number of guests staying at the time of booking. If you arrive with a person who was not included in the guest count at the time of booking, you will not be accommodated at this property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
