The service is nice and accommodating, especially with the shuttle service, but the back to the station is much easier and steeper. The cafe itself is very pleasant, with a lot of great touches, such as free tea and coffee in the lounge area, with massage chairs and a fireplace to sit in winter, as well as a large playroom next to the lounge, a play room on the lower level with ping pong tables, and a little play area for toddlers. Despite it being a little large, this place has good maintenance and is arranged to look like a traditional broken shoes in the lobby and pajamas and onset. The staff is pleasant and they speak enough English to help. We requested a nonsmoking room, but the part didn't pass. Fortunately, the windows could be opened to air it out. Request a bayside room. We were standing across the street, with a view of the car park and a nice, fully ripe cherry tree and parking lot. Breakfast is definitely advised. There are numerous Japanese and Western options. There is also a buffet for dinner, albeit we didn't try it. There are other nice touches, like complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge area, which has massage chairs and a fireplace that you can sit in front of in the winter. It is also very kid-friendly, with a large play

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, even though they only spoke a little English. They even give shuttle services for the trip between the hotel and the station. The location is a bit out of the way, but the walk to the wharf area and shops only takes about 10 minutes. The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my peaceful stay in this hotel with a Balinese vibe. The dining area has a lovely sea view. It is also very family friendly with a cozy play area for children while parents can just relax around after dinner or breakfast. The best part is that they have two private ones and separate ones for male and female hotel guests! There is also a table tennis facility close to the starting point.

During our trip in Honshu following the cherry blossom, we remained in this motel for one night. Like all hotels we've stayed in Japan, the hotel is beautifully tidy and appealing. With dinner, someone entered the room in the Japanese fashion and arranged the mattresses on the floor. Like the other hotels we've stayed in, this one has two private rooms you may use if you provide your name on the list, and then your partners may use the onset together instead of being separated into the public men and women. The supper we reserved included supper as well as the buffet. Along with the buffet, we were served shabushabu. You won't get the same meal twice because it appears that each table received a different meal, possibly depending on the day they stayed at the hotel. The front desk provided excellent service, and there weren't any English proficiency issues. A few hundred meters above the hotel is a harbor viewing area. At dusk, it attracted a lot of attention, but the view of the cherry blossoms in the backdrop was breathtaking.

The room was spacious, with a beautiful view and this hotel has a good breakfast. However, Matsushima was very dreadful. They pick me up from the railway station and then drove me back there when I went. If you don't have any luggage, you can reach the hotel in a few minutes by walking from the seaside. The breakfast was so good with the kind and helpful personnel. But, the only negative thing is the poor internet connection, and that's only in the lobby.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The receptionists were all courteous and accommodating. There is a lounge area where they offer free tea, coffee, and little sweets. They have a table tennis room, where we liked playing table tennis with other guests. We didn't eat dinner there but the breakfast buffet was very nice with both Japanese and Western menu choices. There are some private ones as well as a main one. We can book by writing the name on the time sheet. I think that's a good idea but when we went there for our reservation, someone was inside and we waited for a while but they didn't come out. It was really annoying.

Ten days ago, during a typhoon, we visited this hotel. But the hotel has a fantastic view of the famous Matsushima bay. The resident's warm welcome and hard efforts to speak English both impressed us. At all times, the lounge offers free coffee and dessert. By Japanese standards, the rooms are roomy. In addition to the common public bath, they also have private bathrooms that may be reserved for free. The lunch menu includes a shabu with warui and oysters. Also, there is a nice selection of buffet meals including sashimi and ice cream. Very affordable at 200 yen per person. Despite the fact that trains and buses were out of service, we were grateful to stay here.
