The employee service was a very helpful one, but not a very good one. The room was comfortable and adequate for a nightly stay. They have a large number of indoor and outdoor roman bathrooms which are free with the price of the room. The hotel also offers a good Chinese restaurant.

Booked the smallest single room. The room is nothing special and very similar to typical business hotel. The start hot spring and other amenities are nice. The staff is also friendly. A convenience store and a fast food chain mos burger are close by.

I booked this hotel for work purposes because it's convenient. This hotel has a nice location, but there are no facilities here. I didn't eat here. I went to the bar at night, nothing interesting there. The location is very close to a large lake, but the solitary run and walk weren't possible. I'll try it again the next time.

My business partners picked me up at the train station directly service from shizuku stationtokyo, but I understand that the hotel will pick you up for the 5-minute drive to the hotel. The primary attraction here is the beginning of the thermal bath. Had never participated in a Japanese bath before but took notes on the internet about how to take one and was ready to enjoy. A really good surprise, the location was all mine and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Its worthwhile to go online before getting an idea of how things are done. My room viewed lake sua, which is very lovely and surrounded by mountains. The hotel is on a major road, so there is traffic noise. There is a Chinese restaurant that is excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast is served on the top floor and is extensive and has both Japanese and western breakfast items.

I traveled here for a weeklong conference and have some experience traveling in other parts of Japan. The reason to come here is onset. There are five types of mens baths, two outdoors, one with a view and the other with sake in the water. The room was okay, small, but had a view of Lake Sua and the surrounding mountains. Staff speaks limited English. Breakfast was good, including several regional specialties. For many Japanese travelers, onset makes the trip worthwhile. A foreigner might be pleased to just dip their feet in the onset at the railway station. Other sights in the area are a geyser, two shrines, and a pachinko parlor within walking distance.
