The hotel is conveniently located near narita station, making it ideal for those with early flights. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. A little outdated, but no problem. Local restaurants are easily accessible. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoy staying at the u city hotel. Their service attitude is very good. The rooms are clean and tidy. Bus to narita airport is quite convenient. Breakfast is also delicious. It is conveniently located near the supermarkets nearby. I will choose it next time i travel. This is a very hardworking and very nice hotel

Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini karena menyediakan shuttle bus ke bandara. Jadwal saya bagikan ya. Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun JR dari Tokyo. Ada kejadian lucu ketika teman saya dan saya tidak sholat, salah satu bangun air mendidih, mengira teman lain sedang memasak air. Dengan sopan dia membuat minuman ketika teman satunya bangun dan bertanya apakah dia memasak air. Saya terkejut ketika saya baru bangun tidur.
