Omg. This was the main event of our japan trip. We decided to go to this property from Kyoto to Tokyo and spent one day soaking and recharging. The food was excellent, the service was amazing and the rooms were exactly what we expected. Highly recommend.

Most amazing hotel experience ever! Private onsen on the large, extended, private balcony overlooking the mountains and waterfalls. Glass shower with direct glass passthrough to the balcony. Spacious room, super comfy bed. Tatami mats in living area felt so good after miles of hiking. We had private dining for dinner and breakfast, and staff were very accommodating of food allergies, even making an immediate change for the welcome snack. Both meals consisted of multiple courses prepared for us at our table, and the substitute breakfast was just as balanced and delicious as the usual offering. Staff were very welcoming and made us feel like VIPs. Staying at Nazuna was the perfect ending to our trip, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Staying at Nazuna was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Every single aspect of our stay exceeded expectations — the beautifully designed rooms, the onsen, the food — but what made it truly special was the staff. Nazuna was truly the best part of our Japan travels, by far. It was the perfect reset after time spent in the busy cities. Nazuna is tucked away in the most serene location, an oasis that immediately calms your nervous system. Our room, the Nijo, was incredible. From the views, the private onsen, the complimentary tea and body care products, everything was thought out and considered. The room is clean, the bed so comfortable. And the food! Wow! I have an allergy to gluten and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Shout out to our dinner chef Rei, you prepared my favorite dish I had in Japan and we had such a great time with you. Thank you so much! We will be back. Thank you all!

Me and my husband stayed here and had the best experience. The room was very clean, and very nice. Location was great & bus stop was right outside.The onsen was amazing. Other than the room itself being amazing, the staff was extraordinary. They were very kind, polite, and attentive. Ryota prepared our dinner and he was so kind. The dinner & breakfast were both so tasty. We for sure will be coming back on our next trip to Japan!

Although this is little more expensive it was well worth it as this has been the highlight of our trip to Japan and we will remember this long after we have returned home.
