Vår vistelse på Nazuna Kyoto Gosho blev en av höjdpunkterna under vår Japanresa! Hotellet huserar i en gammal lagerbyggnad som varsamt och mycket smakfullt renoverats och byggts om till ett exklusivt hotell med bara ett fåtal boenden. Vårt boende var fördelat på tre rum, samt badrum och separat toalett som nåddes via en liten innergård. I badrummet fanns ett läckert runt badkar som tappades upp med källvatten. Under vår vistelse blev vi otroligt bemötta av den vänliga personalen. Vi valde till middagen vilket var en jackpott! Vi serverades en utsökt middag som tillreddes framför våra ögon av Fujimoto Miyu som förgyllde vår kväll med trevliga samtal och fantastisk service. Vi längtar redan efter att få komma tillbaka!

I have stayed at many hotels in kyoto, but this one is one of my favorite ones. My husband and i travel a lot and have stayed in many 5 star hotels, but nazuna, which is technically a 3 star hotel, is one of the best! Overall, it is a 5 star experience. We stayed in a room called yokan and it was beautiful! The room is very spacious, with a separate sleeping area, sitting area, toilet room, and bathroom with a shower and a large soaking tub. We chose to have breakfast every day and the special sukiyaki dinner. We really felt immersed in the culture and loved trying so many new foods. We also booked a time in the bathhouse and loved it! The staff was very kind and thoughtful. They helped us book massages, transport our bags to our next hotel, and many more. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the nearest train station and we found it quite easy to get around. If you are staying in kyoto, look no further, this is the best hotel you can find! Also, the pajamas they give you to wear during your stay are very comfortable!.

What a fantastic hotel! The online photos dont do the hotel justice. The rooms are large and have several tiny japanesestyle rooms. They are opulent with heated floors, lovely japanese decor, and a lovely tub with views of the outdoors. There is also a lounge area with free snacks, tea, and beer available aroundtheclock. The staff was also very helpful with making reservations and anything else you might need. Amazing value. If youre thinking about booking, just do it!.

The staff is very helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs. After check in, we were welcomed with tea and welcome desserts. The guest book is also great. Shared information about the history of the building which made the experience even more special. The location is also great - near the train and several restaurants. The service, from the facilities to the dinner and traditional breakfast served was exceptional! Extreme attention to detail and a delightful experience. Highly recommended. We stayed in the luxury suite with a private openair bath and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect!.

The best decision i have made while visiting japan was to spend our honeymoon at nazuna kyoto gosho. This cozy, peaceful hotel is brimming with charm and ancient beauty. Each room is unique and has its own personality. Both breakfast and dinner are elegant and delectable options available onsite! Free snacks and beverages are available in the lounge, as well as complimentary drinks in your room. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is enjoyable, relaxing, and unforgettable. Dont be afraid to chat, ask for recommendations around kyoto, request assistance with taxis, luggage forwarding, etc. If you plan to visit kyoto soon, do yourself a favor and reserve one of the rooms here for a few days. Its well worth every penny.

This stay was an incredible experience. From the moment you check-in, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceed all expectations. Little touches like late night in-room snacks, private breakfasts, and very thoughtful going away gifts made this stay very memorable. It’s such a unique experience. We stayed in the Kashiwa Mochi room with open air bath, and it was the perfect blend of traditional ryokan with luxury touches. Felt like our own private home. I would highly recommend this property, well worth the cost

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. They have reserved tables at restaurants, recommended wonderful tours for us, and even arranged flowers for valentines day. The facilities are in excellent condition, each room has a unique character, and ours was simply stunning. We will definitely return when we return to kyoto.

Excellent stay and service. They were quite competent, and speaking english was not an issue. They offered a wide variety of complimentary items, including candy and tea. I adore the aesthetic here. It is essential to have a private, open bath in your room. For our honeymoon, they even decorated our bedroom with decorations! It was really adorable.
