【Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax Notice】

In accordance with Osaka Prefecture regulations, an accommodation tax is collected separately at the property upon check-in.

The accommodation tax is calculated based on the room charge per person per night (room rate and service charge only; taxes and other fees are excluded).

・Room rate (per person per night) JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200
・Room rate (per person per night) JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
・Room rate (per person per night) JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500

※The accommodation tax must be paid directly at the property during check-in.

Please be advised that all rooms at this property are strictly non-smoking. We do not have any smoking rooms available.

Any smoking-related options shown in the special request section are part of Agoda’s reservation form system and do not indicate smoking availability at this property.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests who wish to smoke may use the designated outdoor smoking areas located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building.

Children Sharing Existing Beds Policy

Children of elementary school age or younger who share a bed with an accompanying adult may stay free of charge.
Bed-sharing is limited to one child per standard bed.
Please note that meals for children are not included and must be paid separately at the restaurant.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
