The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel amenities are very complete, with free coffee and tea sachets available. There are microwaves, vending machines, and laundry coin facilities on several floors. The rooms are spacious enough for packing and praying (I am a Muslim). You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The location is quite strategic, close to Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station, which can be reached on foot. Highly recommended.
