①Check-in after 21:00 We afraid that we don't accept check-in after 21:00. Please look for other hotel if you want to check-in after 21:00.If it exceeds 21:00, only for guests who contact us in advance, we can wait for you for an additional charge of 5,000 yen for every 30 minutes. Since we will not respond except for emergencies, we need to arrange for other personnel to work overtime at the counter after 21:00, so please understand. If you arrive at the check-in counter after 22:30, our staff will have a limited number of transportation to go home. We are very sorry, but in addition to the additional charge for every 30 minutes, we will charge you 30,000 yen for our staff's taxi expenses.（ex. If you arrived at22:30→5,000yen×4＋30,000yen＝50,000yen) In order to avoid this happening, please arrive at our facility and check in by 20:50. If you don't have a phone number registered, or if we can’t contact you at all, please come the next day during 14:00-21:00 if you have more than 2 nights reservation. We can't wait after 21:00 in such cases, also no refunds for accommodation fees.

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000
【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
If you arrive in Japan at the check-in day
Due to the recent increase in the number of tourists visiting Japan, the waiting time for immigration inspection and baggage collection may also be extended.
The total time required to complete all immigration procedures and purchase tickets might take you more than 90 minutes.Our check-in counter is closed from 9:00 PM, you will be charged an overtime fee if you come to check-in after this time.Therefore, please plan the time required for transportation to Kyoto.
If you take the JR Narita Express from Narita Airport to Shinagawa Station, it will take about 1h, and then transfer from Shinagawa station by Shinkansen (HIKARI) to Kyoto Station, and it will take about 2h 35min (passengers with JR PASS can only take the Shinkansen hikari train). The last train that can be caught is the Narita Express from Narita Airport at 4:20 PM, arriving at Shinagawa at 5:29 PM, and then take the HIKARI No. 657 train from Shinagawa at 5:40 PM, arriving at Kyoto Station at 8:12 PM.
If you take the HARUKA train from Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station, it will take about 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes.The last train that can be caught is the HARUKA No.50 train at 7:16 PM and arrives at Kyoto Station at 8:32 PM.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes by walking from Kyoto Station to check-in counter of our hotel with your luggage.
➤The neighborhood is very quiet. This facility is ideal for the customers who want to enjoy a quiet stay. It is not suitable for people who have parties and make noise. In addition, the entire facility is non-smoking, and smoking is prohibited right outside of the hotel by law too. Thank you for your understanding.
➤We kindly ask you to register your telephone number to make a reservation. Please note the check-in time restrictions below and we will call you to confirm when the reception closing time is approaching. ➤Our facility will not provide the cleaning service during your stay Towels、 amenities, etc. are provided free of charge. Please bring your used items to the reception and replace them by yourself. We also lend a Dyson handy vacuum cleaner and iron to those who wish to clean by yourself.
➤Garbage segregation At this facility、 we cooperate with garbage segregation by providing guidance for the sustainable society in Kyoto. There are four types: burnable garbage、 plastic (vinyl), recyclable waste from cans and PET bottles, and recycled paper. Dirty plastic trash shold be cleaned. If you do not clean it by yourself, our staff will take a picture of the garbage, clean it and sort it, so an additional cost of 3,000 yen will be charged.
