We would absolutely recommend it. We made a great impression while staying here. In our all-time visit to Japan, this place was among the finest hotels we have ever stayed at. The cuisine is outstanding, and the location is cozy! Bread basket, unlimited coffee, tea, and milk are all included in the breakfast. Plus, the supper is even more wonderful! Along with soup, salad, and a dessert platter, you can choose between two main courses: fish and beef.

We visited the Miami Aso region to appreciate the natural beauty, hike the mountains in and around the caldera, and sample some new cuisine. Pension Angelica was the answer. Our train came in very late at night, but the pension owner met us at the train station so we wouldn't walk in the rain. The family recommended many places for us, drove us to trail heads, and spent the evening laughing and talking about cultural differences, movies, and children. The room was comfortable, with a lounge area with self-service coffee, a variety of teas, and hot chocolate. The bath area was amazing and filled with fresh spring water. The family is experts at creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had fresh spring water that is supposed to bring prosperity and the most incredible food. This family produced five-star food under the guise of a pension. We stayed for four nights, which was longer than most people. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to plan another vacation to the region where we will stay at Pension Angelica again.

Dinner is very impressive and included a full course of salad, appetizers, two main courses, and dessert. I can barely finish it all! Breakfast also includes a very filling main and bread selection that the owner graciously requested from us, as well as fruits. After that, you could skip lunch! The family arrival is also ideal for two people. The room is clean and small. The mattress is really hard as previously noted. I went for a quick run around the area and the air is very fresh.

Since I got married, my wife and I have always been going there, and weve been there over a dozen times. Friends, relatives, and even students have all been blown away by it. The surroundings are fantastic, with the hills aso towering in the background, as well as the charming hamlet of Tamori close by. The family that runs it greets us with open arms, and as our children mature as close friends, we have grown closer. The structure is cozy and charming, featuring a large outdoor space and cozy rooms. Onsenwater are pumped into two large bathrooms. Very peaceful after a day of driving. The best part of the meals is their incredible. The palates are always intriguing, and no one ever goes hungry. The beds are orchards, so be prepared to ache a little in the morning. Any time of year is wonderful. We went in winter to toast Christmas in the snow and in summer to avoid the city heat.

In August 2017, my husband and I visited there at 28, where dinner and breakfirst were excellent. They raise a few varieties of vegetables or herbs on their own and use vegetables as much as they can. They also smoke all by themselves! She trained at the fukuoka restaurant and has excellent technique. I have never imagined I could eat such delectable meals in a mountain location. In the summer, there is an observatory close to the hotel where you can see the night sky. You may observe the Milky Way if it is not cloudy. If you want to participate in this program, I advise making a reservation. Although I believe that the number of visitors has fallen, I expect that more travelers remain at this hotel.
