As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Check-in at Run of House is 19:00 and check-out is 10:00.If there is a check-in time setting for each accommodation plan, that will take precedence.
Payment can only be made by credit card. Please note that we cannot handle cash, QR codes, electronic money, etc.
Regarding accommodation for children
The number of beds is determined by the age entered at the time of booking.
Children 6 years and older are considered adults and will be provided with a bed.
For customers who apply for a plan without meals, we have a simple breakfast (free) at 1F "PARiS&CANDY", so please take advantage of it.
