Please pay the accommodation tax only directly to the property at check-in. The accommodation tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate. The details are as follows.
If the room rate is less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 6,000 or more but less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more but less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more but less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
If the room rate is JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
