No meals or amenities are provided for children who is sharing a bed.
If a bed is used, the property will charge the same rate as adults.
In the case of 1 adult and 2 children, the fee for 2 adults will be charged regardless of the age of the children.

The hotel is scheduled to reopen on December 24, 2026 Thursday after renovations. To prepare for this renewal, the hotel will be fully closed for renovation work during the following period:

Reservations for stays from December 24, 2026 onward are currently suspended. Sales will resume once confirmed, and updates will be announced on the hotel website and booking sites.

The hotel apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates your understanding and cooperation. After reopening, the hotel will welcome guests with a refreshed new look and continued hospitality.
City accommodation tax will be enforced from April 1, 2020 and will be collected upon check-in. The accommodation tax rate per person per night is as follows:

In Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for room rates of JPY 19,999 and under per night, and tax of JPY 500 will be charged for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over per night.

In Fukuoka Prefecture excluding Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for all room rates.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
