I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the room had an older style, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. The buffet food was excellent with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel offers great hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A great stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern, reasonably sized. The location is conviniently close to a major transit hub (Tokyo Air Terminal) with direct buses to Narita and Haneda, and to several metro stations. The surrounding area is generally quiet, definitely not as hectic as Shibuya or Shinjuku. Recommended!

A lovely property but the grand lobby area is a bit of a contrast to the somewhat dated room and bathroom. It is, however, very clean and reasonably spacious for a Tokyo hotel. The L'occitane products available in the room was nice but wish there's refillable bottles instead rather than the small plastic bottles since when you take 2 showers in a day, the shower gel might not be enough. Sufficient quantity for the shampoo, conditioner and lotion though. The staff were all lovely and couldn't be more helpful, the main reason for the 5 star. Location is great with a subway station connected to the hotel. Loads of convenience stores around and even though there is no washing machines in the hotel, they do provide laundry service and there is a laundromat nearby with English instructions. Breakfast is mostly great though not too keen on the Japanese veggie dishes, unlike with the other hotel we stayed in in Tokyo at the start of the trip where the traditional veggie dishes were more of our taste.

Convenient location, walkable quiet neighborhood. Excellent, welcoming, :) friendly, super helpful staff. In advance we requested handicap accessible rooms, turned out to be excellent rooms with many useful features; staff very attentive to our needs. The best hotel gym I’ve ever used! Mats for yoga workout, wooden floor, clean machines, towels, water, lovely view, even a blood pressure machine. Breakfast buffet immense, fresh soup, delicious coffee machine, even a salad bar, omelet chef, several breads, all looking out over the city with the tower in the distance…magical. Thank you, we will hope to return someday.

Vi likte beliggenheten til hotellet og veldig praktisk med at flybussen til begge flyplassene er i nabobygget. Med ett executive rom har man adgang til loungen i øverste 20. etg. og den kan kun beskrives med ett ord fantastisk. Super hyggelig service og tilbud hele dagen og kvelden frem til kl 20.

Dejligt hotel i Nihonbashi, som er et roligt område med masser af gode restauranter. Perfekt hvis man ikke ønsker at bo midt i menneskemyldret i Shibuya og Shinjuku. Personalet er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er fin men lidt kaotisk, og de er længe om at få fyldt op på fadene.

Clean room. The staff was helpful. The teppenaki restaurant was amazing. Loved the location. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the Z line train station was connected to the basement of the hotel. Very convenient.

A comfortable stay in a convenient location. Staff always welcomed us with a smile or warm greeting. Housekeeping did a great job, and our room amenities were always refreshed.
