Ryokan Okunoyu

・We do not accept reservations for more than 3 rooms (8 guests or more).
・Amenities are not provided, so please bring your own. (Towels, shampoo, body soap, and toothbrushes are available.)
・Meal details and dining location vary depending on the plan you booked.
・Dinner will be arranged at the restaurant area of Kurokawa Onsen, with shuttle service included.
・For details of your reservation, please contact the ryokan directly. Please note that changes to reservations are accepted up to 1 week in advance, subject to availability.
・All guest rooms in the main building are located on the 2nd floor. There are 20 steps, and there is no elevator or similar facility. (Handrails are available.)
・Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, so it cannot be served if you arrive late. If you will be late, please contact the property in advance.
・If you booked a room-only plan, additional meals cannot be added.
・We are unable to accommodate changes to meals for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-related dietary requests.
・Most guest rooms do not have a hot spring bath or shower.

Starting 1 July 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in.
The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation Tax from 1 July 2026, onwards】
For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night

Additional conditions:
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.
