[To guests staying in suite rooms] The VIP pool bar Oasis and the center pool are only available to those aged 20 or above.
■ 0～12 years old children can stay with using existing bedding with adult. (Over 3 years old would be charged for the facility usage fee)
■ 3～12 years old children's facility usage fee and breakfast fee would be collected by the property directly.
■ In case it is necessary to use bedding for children, the child is going to be changed as same as an adult. Please make reservation as an adult.
Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
[Regarding Children’s Stay]
・Children aged 0 to 12 years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing beds (limited to one child per bed).
・If you wish for an elementary school child to share a bed, please enter the number under “Elementary School Child (Facility Usage Fee & Meal Fee Not Included).”
・Accommodation and breakfast fees for children aged 3 to 12 sharing a bed must be paid separately at the hotel.
 Accommodation fee: April to October: JPY 6,000; November to March: JPY 3,000 (per person, per night, tax included)
 Breakfast fee: 7 to 12 years old: JPY 2,000; 3 to 6 years old: JPY 1,000; 2 years old and under: Free (tax included)
From June 1, 2026, breakfast fees will change to JPY 3,800 for adults and JPY 2,500 for children aged 7–12.
・For children aged 3 to 12 sharing a bed in Premier Club Twin and Suite Rooms, the accommodation fee is as follows:
 Accommodation fee: April to October: JPY 10,000; November to March: JPY 7,000 (per person, per night, tax included)
・Children who require their own bed will be counted as adults, so please include them in the number of adults when making your reservation.
[Regarding Breakfast]
・Guests staying in Premier Club Twin, Premier Club Wide Twin, and Premier Club Wide King rooms will have breakfast at the “Premier Club Lounge.”Breakfast at Buffet Dining Nashiro is available at half the regular price.
[Regarding Payment]
・For long-term stays, payment is required every week and whenever the total room charges reach JPY 500,000.
