It's simple to get there, except for the last block, when you must pass a pedestrian overpass. The hotel's entrance is located at the foot of the overpass stairs. A fantastic hotel. I had a nice comfy, spacious room. I would advise tourists to choose the breakfast buffet because it's fantastic. Also ask for a humidifier as the air around here is very dry. This hotel also hosts weddings, so it's a very nice place with lovely public spaces.

I was there in March 2019, for business. And time and always the same good service, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, and the restaurant closes early at night but the restaurant outside the hotel is open until late.

I was in Kumbaya last week on a business trip. Kumbaya has not many hotels, but this one seems to be value for money. Its a short 5-minute walk from the train station, and there are convenience shops nearby. Its an old hotel, with old facilities, but a comfortable stay, and all amenities are offered, including free wifi. Except for the front desk manager, the staff here could not speak English fully, but they were all extremely courteous. They also provided me with a map with a list of nearby restaurants, which proved to be extremely helpful. A restaurant with a reasonably priced buffet menu is on the ground floor.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and have always liked it. Excellent rooms, excellent service, clean, and good food. The rooms are spacious. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.
