【Important Information】
・This property is for adults only. Guests 12 years old and under are not permitted to stay.
・Minimum age for guests: 13 years old
・As a general rule, we do not accept group bookings of 3 rooms or more, or for 5 or more people per group.
・For group bookings of 3 rooms or more, or 5 or more people, different policies and additional charges may apply according to the property’s policy.
・If you will arrive late at night or after your scheduled check-in time, please contact the hotel in advance.
・Extra beds are not available.
・As a general rule, we do not accept requests to change room types. Please be sure to select your preferred room type at the time of booking.

【Housekeeping During Your Stay】
・Room cleaning, bed making, and linen/nightwear changes are provided once every 4 days during your stay.
・Towels, amenities replenishment, and garbage collection are provided daily.
・For guests staying 4 nights or more, for hygiene reasons, housekeeping staff will clean your room every 4 days.
・If you wish to have cleaning on a day other than the scheduled day, please inform the front desk by 10:00 AM. on the day.

【Parking】
・There is no parking available on the property.
・There are many reasonably priced coin-operated parking lots nearby.

【Sending Luggage to the Property Before Arrival】
・Please clearly indicate the guest’s name and check-in date on the shipping label.
・The property can store up to 5 items of luggage per reservation free of charge (an additional fee will be charged for the 6th item and beyond).
・Food items and items requiring refrigeration/freezing cannot be stored.

As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Due to the revision of the Kyoto City accommodation tax effective March 1, 2026, our hotel will change the way the accommodation tax is displayed.

Reservations confirmed on or after 12:00 noon on January 5, 2026
For reservations made on or after the above date, the accommodation tax will be charged separately from the displayed room rate and must be paid at check-in.
