【Important Information】
・This is an adults-only property. Guests 12 years old and under are not permitted to stay. ・The minimum age for stay is 13. ・As a general rule, we do not accept reservations for 3 rooms or more. ・For group reservations of 3 rooms or more, different conditions and/or additional charges may apply in accordance with property policy. ・If you expect to arrive late at night or after your scheduled check-in time, please contact the property in advance. ・Extra beds are not available. ・As a rule, we do not accept requests to change room types. Please be sure to select your preferred room type at the time of booking.

【Housekeeping During Your Stay】
・Full room cleaning, bed making, and linen/nightwear changes are provided once every 4 days. ・Towels, amenities, and trash collection are provided daily. ・For stays of 4 nights or more, housekeeping will clean the room once every 4 days for hygiene reasons. If you would like cleaning on a different day, please inform the front desk by 10:00 a.m. on the day.

【Parking】
・The property does not have parking facilities. There are many reasonably priced coin-operated parking lots nearby.

・【Luggage Storage and Delivery】
・If sending luggage to the property in advance, please clearly indicate the reservation name and check-in date. ・We can store up to 5 items per reservation free of charge. Additional fees apply from the 6th item onward. We cannot store food items or luggage that requires refrigerated storage.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Due to the revision of the Kyoto City accommodation tax effective March 1, 2026, the way the accommodation tax is displayed will change.

Reservations confirmed on or after 12:00 noon on January 5, 2026
For reservations made on or after the above date, the accommodation tax will be charged separately from the displayed room rate and must be paid at check-in.
*This change does not apply to guests who have already made reservations before 12:00 noon on January 5, 2026.
