The hotel is nice. I spent two nights there while visiting sapporo. The location is excellent, its only 2 minutes from one of the train stations and very close to a family market. Although the staff didnt speak much english, they were very helpful and accommodating to us as english speakers.

The room is small, but in a good location close to mr. Anderman and convenience store. The staff is friendly. Overall, i stayed for 2 nights and it was quite good.
