This hotel is a perfect choice if you are tired of staying in Western style hotels and looking for traditional Japanese style places to stay. This hotel is just 7 minute's walk from Kyoto station and very reasonably priced. All your daily needs are just a short distance away from the Family Mart.

Having a private bathroom is something I can't really complain about. I got a decent deal for the amount I spent. A typical Japanese hotel room is not very small. When not using our tatami mattress, they also set up a tea table, which is a nice touch. Because check-in is strictly at 2 am, and reception is unmanned from 11 pm to 2 am the following day, I wouldn't recommend this to tall travelers. They only clean the room and replace the sheets every two days. I am extremely allergic to allergens and the next day I had a sinus headache, which meant that the vents weren't cleaned properly. I only sanitize the rooms and change sheets every two days. I frequently stay at hotels for work, and I've discovered that my sinus problems are a direct indicator of how well the hotel keeps vents, carpets, curtains, etc. As a solution, I used a mask to help prevent attacks.

This hotel is in a great position, close to Koto Station where many restaurants and shops are available. It is very clean and well-kept. We stayed on the highest floor for 4 persons. We had to take 1 flight of stairs after taking the elevator. The unit consists of a communal toilet and two separate rooms. There is a washing machine with detergent. The size of the room is very small. For 4 people, the sleeping mattress and luggage might be difficult to move around. The hotel offers luggage storage for early arrival and in case you have to leave your luggage after departure.

The hotel is a 5-minute stroll from the main station, both railway and metro. Check-in is quick, however, there is a city tax additional that must be paid in cash only. The room is very comfortable, clean, modern, and efficient. Our unit even has a washing machine with detergent, which is certainly a plus. Another plus is that there is a cellphone in the room for our use. Overall, everything went well while we were there, thank you.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at while in Koto, I can appreciate the position, it is close to Yoto Station and in front of this hotel, meanwhile, in Agoto and neon Mall, where there is a family mart year and another place I would like to go back. The atmosphere in this hotel is very comfortable.
