[For guests staying consecutive nights]
From the viewpoint of SDGs, we will do as follows.
・ Customers who wish to clean should hang the "Makeup" card on the doorknob on the corridor side by 11:00 am.
・ Customers who wish to change towels and dispose of garbage should attach the "Towel exchange (replace towels and dispose of garbage)" card to the door on the corridor side by 11:00 am.
Rooms for long-term consecutive nights (3 nights or more) will be cleaned every 3 nights. If you stay with the [No Cleaning Plan], you will not be eligible for cleaning.
・ Towels and toothbrushes will be hung on the doorknob on the corridor side after 11:00 am every day.
For other amenities, please take your own from the amenity corner on the 2nd floor.
If cleaning is not required, we will donate it as an environmental conservation fund.
According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
effective from June 1,2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
