[For guests who wish to receive a receipt for online payment]
The hotel is not able to issue a receipt if you choose online payment (credit card payment) when you make the booking.
If you need a receipt, you can issue it by yourself on the booking site. However, the receipts issued by overseas booking sites are currently not compatible with the qualified invoices and receipts in Japan.
If you need a receipt that is compliant with the Japanese invoice system, the guest make your booking as direct patment to the hotel. If you choose to pay directly, the hotel can issue a receipt.

All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Check-out time for Late Checkout Plan is 12:00 PM.
Children of all ages cannot stay in Semi-Double rooms using existing bedding.

1.Provision of Room Amenities
Towels and vath mats will be provided in your room on the first day only.
Toothbrushes,razors,bodysponges,and other amenities are available at the amenity bar.

2.Room cleaning for consecutive nights
Rooms are cleaned once every 4 nights.
On days other than room cleaning days,bath towels and face towels will be placed in front ofthe door and not in the room.

If you need a new bath mat,we will provide you with one at the front desk.
If you would like us to collect used towesl and trash cans,please leave them outside the doorby 10:00 am.

*We will clean your room once every 4 nights even if you do not request cleaning.
*We may enter your room for room maintenance or emergencies on days other than cleaning day.

Handicap-accessible rooms are not available at the property.
Parking is not available at the property.
Please note the air-conditioning is centrally controlled. From mid October to mid April is heating, and from mid April to mid October is cooling.
Public car park is available nearby.
When booking for 8 or more persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
When booking rooms without cleaning service, change of towels and amenities will not be available. Please leave the rubbish bin outside the room should you wish it to be emptied. When the booking is for more than 4 nights, the cleaning can be done once in every 3 days upon request.
