The first time we stayed here was for the first time, and the view from the bay was absolutely stunning, not good at all. At the beginning, we were told by our fellow travellers we would have to wait more than a few minutes for the ferry service to the private taxi boat on the island. The staff members here greeted us extremely warmly, but in the end, this place was good enough for us, and the service was friendly and kind. The hotel employees and the owner were so accommodating, as soon as we arrived, that we didn't feel too tired after the long, long journey from singapore. The ladybugs directed us immediately to the fish market where we could decide what we wanted for supper straight from the tank since it was close to dinner! The choices were fast because the Fugu blowfish was highly advisable. And I stayed in our room, which could comfortably sleep 6 of our party of 5, but when we returned to our dining area, I was not disappointed. The food was enough, and the service was warm and welcoming. Despite the fact that the staffs English proficiency didn't match our expectations, the staff always provided a strong service. Our first Fuu course was outstanding, sorry I know, bad pun, and it was a truly great pick. The first is to die for. I know the bad pun, but it's a perfectly good decision.
