◆ Eco-Cleaning for Consecutive Stays
During multi-night stays, we implement eco-friendly cleaning.
Towels, pajamas, and trash collection are provided daily.
However, linen changes and full room cleaning will be carried out once every 4 nights.
◆ Parking Fee Information
Applicable Vehicles: Passenger cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles requiring parking space (excluding large buses)
Parking Fee: JPY1,000 per vehicle per night (up to a maximum of JPY3,000 per vehicle for consecutive stays)
Parking is not reserved in advance.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Regarding Meal Provision
If any of the eight specified ingredients listed below are used in food, they must be indicated.
For buffets, the eight specified ingredients are displayed:
・Wheat ・Egg ・Milk ・Buckwheat ・Peanut ・Shrimp ・Crab ・Walnut
This information is provided to all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed in the past, regardless of the reservation date.
・Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requests other than allergies (such as for pregnant guests, religious or vegetarian dietary restrictions, or dislikes of certain foods).

Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
The number of beddings varies according to the number of guests staying in the Standard Room Non-Smoking type. Extra beds may be provided for guests staying with 3 to 4 people in the room. Please contact the property directly for more information.
◆ Notice Regarding Low-Allergen Meal Service
Starting from stays on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the method of providing meals to guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be updated.
This notice applies to all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed with us in the past.

For buffet meals, we do not offer "low-allergen menu" items. Instead, we indicate the presence of the 8 specified major allergens.
