②Reservation of check-in time: Please reserve your check-in time from our reservation system. For details, please check the guidance that we send you.
Reservation of check-in time is first come, first served, so if there is no availability at your desired time, please reserve another time or contact us.
You can check-in from 3PM-9PM.
Please notify the schedule one week before your stay. In addition, we will contact you if we do not have your notify. If you do not contact us even one day in advance, We will decide the meeting time.
③On the arrival day
・If there are any change of the meeting time, please let us know as soon as possible. And it may not be possible for us to adjust the new time.
・Additional fee 1500 JPY will be charged for the sudden change of your check-in time or 30 minutes late without any contacts.
Please do not be late for the check-in time.
In Japan, if you can’t use communication functions, please try to use the free wifi at the airport to inform us when you arrive at the meeting place, otherwise we would cancel your stay.
④Check-in after 9PM
We don't accept check-in after 9PM.If it exceeds 9PM, only for guests who contact us in advance, we can wait for you for an additional charge of 5000 yen for per 30 mins.
After 9PM we need to arrange for other personnel to work overtime at the counter after 9PM, so please understand.
If you arrive at the check-in counter after 10:30PM, our staff will have a limited number of transportation to go home.
We are very sorry, but in addition to the additional charge for per 30 mins, we will charge you 30,000 yen for our staff's taxi expenses.
If you do not have a phone number registered and we can not contact you on the day, We cannot wait after 9PM, And no refunds for this case.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:
【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000
【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
➤【About children's fee.】
Under 6 years old (5 years old and under) will be free but there will be no bedding or amenities. It is free only for co-sleeping and does not count as the number of guests. If you need bedding for one person, it will be counted as one adult. In addition, please note that if you need to add bedding, please let us know in advance, otherwise we will not be able to respond to your request.
➤【About Garbage】
Since strictly follow Kyoto local law for recycling-oriented society, please cooperate separating garbage. We sort into 7 kinds of garbage, which are burnable, plastic, aluminum cans, steel cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles and clean paper. Especially plastic ones must be washed and dried. If you don’t do this, we could charge you 3000 yen because our cleaners have to wash and separate again. In this case, we would send you the pictures of garbage. When you check in, we explain how to separate garbage with samples. After introductions, it’s not too hard. Please don’t worry about this.

We do our best to prevent insect infestation by regularly performing monthly insect treatments. However, on rare occasions, infestation can occur during a guest's stay due to the opening and closing of front doors and windows.
