【Room cleaning】
＜For guests staying 6 nights or less＞　
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not notify us, we will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day and the room will not be cleaned.
＜For guests staying 7 nights or more＞
If guest wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00AM on the day of your stay. If guest do not wish to have your room cleaned, we will still clean your room once a week. We will provide towels and mineral water at the door of your room every day except on cleaning days.
Children under 18 years old will stay free of charge if using existing bedding.
We might not be able to meet your request depending on the situation.
From August 1, 2023, the breakfast fee (if not included in the reservation) will be revised from 1,400 JPY to 1,500 JPY.Please also note that the breakfast fee for children 6-12 years old will be 800 JPY.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
