The monk served as butlers and they took a lot of care, serving tea and bringing breakfast to the room, assuming the temperature of the air conditioner was good or not. The room, bathroom, and bath were all spotless. I wish they could provide some explanation after the morning service but I might have missed it because I was a few minutes late. The only negative is that the curfew is 9. So I had to rush a little bit from the bus stop after taking the Okinoin Centry Night Tour.

How do I text during breakfast? How do you aim your feet at another guest while sitting? What is it with the bathing suit? They must have seen it all and are already quiet. good location, good food, small morning service only 2 monks participating, not much garden view but good location.

We will suggest it to you. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this monastery. It was beautiful, peaceful, and had the best vegetarian food Ive ever had. Our room was pretty spacious, and the location was very convenient, just behind Banjo Gran. Going to the morning service was also a wonderful experience.

Overall, a well worth stay and highly advised. This was a lovely place to stay, the location is ideal and a great base for exploring Mount Kota. The rooms are very large, with a sleeping area and a separate room for relaxing. They provide fresh boiling water, which just appears when you leave, which you can use to make tea with the set provided. We had a room with a pond view, which was very nice and relaxing. The frogs are very vocal all night, so bring earplugs if this will bother you. I thought it was nice as it was much better than a typical motel with road noise! The food was delicious and well worth the extra money, and getting to watch the morning ceremony was also very unique.

This is the place to be if you want to experience a temple stay without spending a fortune. And it is close to the wonderful papplication. The price per night at this temple is lower than most other temples. You still get the entire experience, traditional rooms, quiet, very friendly staff, hot bath, and good vegetarian buddhism dinner. The food is beautifully arranged, but it may be slightly better at some of the more expensive temples, but it was still excellent.
