Saya khawatir karena ulasan di aplikasi Maps kurang bagus, tetapi semuanya, mulai dari layanan pelanggan, kebersihan kamar, hingga harga sangat bagus. Meskipun saya menggunakan kursi roda, resepsionis dengan ramah mengajak saya untuk berkeliling ruangan dan dengan senang hati menawari saya diskon. Kamarnya sangat luas dan bersih, dan mengingat harganya, menurut saya ini adalah nilai yang luar biasa.

A wonderful place to stay. This is a love hotel, but even if you choose to use it as a regular hotel, it is quite nice. Its clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend when speaking with the staff at the front desk if you dont speak japanese, dont lean down and put your face in the slot to speak with them. They can hear you, and if you dont speak japanese, you can use your phone and translation app. The staff are very nice and ready to help you. Respect the clear boundary of the privacy window. After all, this is a love hotel. All parties value that privacy. Thank you again to hotel will and the wonderful staff for making my stay in shibuya so enjoyable.

The location is good if there is no major event outside. The service was good, the room was fine, the location is good if there is no major event outside! We stayed here on 31st october 31 st, and we couldnt sleep due to the street noise. The service was friendly, we were even allowed to leave our luggage in the room much earlier as the room was empty. Strangely, we werent allowed to check in until later. It must have been something unfinished, but the room looked tidy to us. On normal days, the location is quite good, so i would consider returning here.

I would stay again, although i have my preferences. Its older and a love hotel, but i loved it for a budget option. The service was excellent, and the location is convenient if you enjoy clubs. Shibuya is conveniently close to everything.
