This family run hotel is awesome. It was our first stay and we will definitely stay there again. The staff are super nice and friendly. We had dinner there most nights and the food is fantastic, whether you choose a la carte or the set menu which also has plenty of choice and changes daily. We loved the breakfast too. Our young son loved the swimming pool and hot tubs as did I! We booked a weekend BBQ along with my Jersey family members so there were 18 of us. I can't recommend this highly enough, wonderful food. My relatives say they will be doing it again as its lovely food and great for kids who can book to use the swimming pools. There is an outdoor bar on site near the pools. There is a one way minibus in the mornings to take you into St Helier. Plenty of buses back though there is a short walk from the bus stop to the hotel. This hotel has no lifts/elevators. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

My wife and I spent five nights at the Westhill Country Hotel on a bed and breakfast break and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is clearly well cared for, with a warm, welcoming team who were always present without ever feeling intrusive. Every amenity—from the dining areas to the leisure spaces—was spotless and well maintained. It made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay that felt both personal and professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful 3 nights 4 days stay at Westhill Country Hotel. The hotel is located in beautiful, peaceful surroundings and offers a relaxing atmosphere while still being conveniently close to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. We also appreciated the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to St Helier, which departs at 10:00 a.m. and made it very easy to explore the town and enjoy everything Jersey has to offer. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel grounds were beautifully kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Westhill Country Hotel to anyone visiting Jersey.

Room was a mad bargain at under £70 including breakfast. The site is substantial and well maintained, in a charmingly rural quarter. Quick and friendly check-in. Chucked bags into room and immediately came down for dinner. Nice 2 course meal was filling, one noticed excellent fittings eg flooring etc in the 'Nookery' restaurant. In bar, my pint bottle of local Liberation beer was modestly priced at £5.40. Kenyan barmen good fun. There is a piano in the bar but I didn't play it. Also it is a yob-free zone, an important consideration these days. Met a nice fellow from the North of England who amusingly explained some details of how people conduct themselves in that area of the land. Good bed: hot shower: quiet room, with views of landscaped grounds. Breakfast a cut above average with poached eggs & salmon. Looking round the hotel one can see interesting naval-themed photos, models and portraits. Free transfer to St Helier laid on too! A huge amount on offer at this price level, and will seek a chance to stay again.

I chose the hotel because of the lovely grounds and rooms looked nice and we were not disappointed. I requested a ground floor room which was a very good size and so much storage space. Carpets were deep pile and clean as was the whole room. We had a lovely view of the grounds. Bathroom had a good size walk in shower with easy controls and again was very clean. Check-in was very quick, carried out by the lovely, helpful staff. Chap we spoke to was very helpful giving us a sheet of the bus timetables and tours you could take around the island. He asked if we would like the evening meal and told us of the live entertainment held at the hotel. The evening meal was very good with a 2 or 3 course set menu with options for all courses. Breakfast was nice too with fresh fruit, cereals, cold meat selection. Menus for a cooked breakfast was on the table and orders were taken. A toaster is also available. My husband enjoyed his time in the two pools and the grounds were lovely to sit in as there are a lot of tables with some undercover. There is an aviary further down and it was nice hearing the birds. We also saw red squirrels a few minutes after sitting in the grounds from the mature trees that surround the grounds. Everything about the hotel was very nice, from the helpful staff, the entertainment and lovely surroundings made for a nice relaxing holiday and we hope to return next year.

I cannot fault anything with the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass. The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday).

Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, full English and Continental if preferred. Dinner was adequate if a wee bit pricey, at £36. Staff in the restaurant are pleasant, very helpful and efficient. The Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager keeps his knowledgeable eye on all the hoping on in his dining room. A good 3 star hotel which won’t disappoint.

Le personnel est à notre écoute. Ils essaient de nous trouver des solutions à nos problèmes de décalage de Ferry (DFDS), et propose des services très sympa. Les chambres sont très propres.
