It's a very basic hotel but the room is more than enough for the price, its very big which makes it convenient if you have big suitcases. The breakfast is limited but good. Consider that they don't do housekeeping unless you ask for it. What makes this place top is their people. The staff is very nice and helpful, Faisal and Mohammed were the best help during my stay, always willing to help. Over all, i enyoyed my stay and i recommend it.

Ho dormito in 2 stanze diverse, la prima andava bene, purtroppo nella seconda ho trovato qualche insetto in bagno. È sicuramente un po' datato, ma per 20 euro a notte mi sembra onesto, la colazione è sufficiente anche se c'è solo salato. Personale gentile, per le gite chiedete di Lui, vi procurerà un bravissimo autista che vi farà fare gite private a prezzi più vantaggiosi di getyourguide

Good and prompt service when asked for, i like friendliness of the staff and the restaurant upstairs. Room 306 needs some maintenance and attentin, but the view from the room is amazing. Thanks to the people at the front desk and the restaurant. THE PRICE ISGRAT AND THE EXPERIENCE IS TRULY WORTH IT, I WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND RECOMMEND IT WITH GREAT PLEASURE.

Free parking on the street if you're lucky. Wifi internet is very slow. Have to go to reception area to get wifi. The breakfast is traditional Arabia food. The hotel just near the Roman Theatre. Lots of small restaurateurs around the hotel.

Ojo, ni tiene parking como decía cuando lo reservé, ni la habitación que nos dieron, una pocilga inmunda, se correspondía con la supuesta habitación de categoría superior que habíamos reservado. Si es verdad que, tras protestar, nos dieron a elegir otra al mismo precio algo mejor y, por un poco más, una buena, la que salíaen la foto. Como sule pasar, le echaron la culpa a Hotels de todo, pero si llega a estar lleno el hotel, nos la comemos... Por lo demás, el trato es muy bueno y el hotel está muy céntrico.

People we're lovely- the view was excellent of the Amputheatre however there was a roof top bar we werent told about- and kareoke/live music goes on until midnight, which after traveling all day is not ideal. On the 4th floor this was extremely loud. Toilet seat was broken and the shower barely worked. It is an extremely noisy place- if the prayer doesnt wake you- the traffic officer outside with a whistle sure will. We had to book a different hotel.

Very Disappointing Experience I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and faced many issues during my stay. Initially, I had booked during the time of the war between Iran and Israel, and all flights were canceled. I tried to cancel the reservation and paid $16 to Expedia for full refund protection, but the hotel refused to refund the money. Later, I rebooked for different dates, but the photos on the website were completely different from reality, especially the single rooms. When I spoke with the management, they told me to cancel the second booking and pay another deposit to deduct part of the amount, but I couldn’t do that due to personal reasons. The first room I got had insects in the bathroom, so I asked to change it. They did, but the second room also had several problems: The fridge wasn’t working The hairdryer was just for decoration The TV didn’t work The window opened to a basement area where they washed towels, so I couldn’t open it Also, there was no daily housekeeping unless requested, and I didn’t know that—I thought it would be automatic like in any normal hotel. Breakfast was cold, not varied, and of very low quality. As for the rooftop café, the prices were extremely high, and I felt it was a clear rip-off, especially since cafés outside the hotel were much cheaper. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel at all.
