In this manual, you’ll find lots of useful information on how to make the most of your stay:

• Please take extra care of your keys.
• To reduce and save energy consumption please Switch/Turn Off the Air Conditioning, Geyser (Hot Water), Water Bump and other Water and Electricity devices and Lightning when not in use – leaving the apartment (devices are already labeled to distinguish).
• If you need to Turn On the AC in Winter, please set the Temperature Thermostat to 24°C and in Summer between 21°C - 23°C.
• Cleaning supplies and trash bags can be found under the sink and in the bottom cupboard.
•There is a resident guard/watchman in the Parking area in case you need something if I am not available.
•If you have a Car, you can park it in the parking lot # 2.
•No Parties, Events, Smoking or Pets allowed.
•No Outside Visitors are allowed unless informing me in advance to register visitor to access my apartment.
