I had a look stay at Artal Hotel with my family ... It was a great experience . Everything was perfect , the staff isn’t very nice and accommodating for the guests needs . I would recommend for any one visiting Amman with family .

Room was clean but bed was semi firm. Room itself was quite large with a sitting area, bed and desk and refrigerator with a water kettle for coffee and tea. Bathroom was not the best - Toilet set was broken from the hinges so it was not set Mold could be seen in all corners of the bathroom Water leaked onto the floor from the sink and bidet We were given a basement floor room and when asked why they said the hotel was full - however the hotel appear to have only several guests The young lady at the breakfast area was upset and seemed unpleasant- first she was on a phone call and seemed quite upset then she stared at us while we sipped a cup of tea before heading out. It was ok for a 12 hour layover but the hotel has potential to be very good.
