I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Jordan. The staff were very friendly and provided everything I need for my trip through Jordan. Wifi was fast, food was good. The room was okay, the price quality was perfect. Big thumbs up.

We had a birthday party while we were here, and they helped us organize a surprise for her with cake and decorations. And then, because this hotel is in a strategic location, all the tourist sites are close by. After that, the employees were so sweet and helpful. Subsequently, they also give us a cake as well as decorations for our friend's birthday.

I have met so many fantastic places to stay at this hotel. Starting with a nice spacious room that is comfortable to move around, the big room that costs more and the tasty breakfast. After that, another plus point is its location close to the old town, around a minute walk to the right after returning from this hotel. Next is another fantastic place, the Roman Amphitheater, that is basically right at the bottom of the citadel hill.

I reserved two nights there and was told that Arabic is not permitted there. The receptionist was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. I've been traveling and staying in hostels for more than 15 years, never heard that some staff member would say why would you stay here it's a place for poor people, beside she was like you could stay here but you should pay the double because you booked online, so I went one floor under and found a hotel called the Nobel Hotel The price was 3 more Jod but had a rivet double bed, a rivet bathroom, and a large breakfast with lots of different plates, as well as speaks good English and always smiles, they actually know what they do at the Nobel Hotel. Bravo.

The hotel is very well situated, near downtown Amman. I am disappointed of the property of the hotel. We stayed there two nights in two different rooms (two different reservations) and the sheets weren't changed, the bathroom wasn't clean as well. When I demanded to the owner very nicely if she could give me proper sheets, she reacted bad and told me that the sheets were changed. I showed to her the hairs on the pillow and only at that moment she gave me another pillow that took from another room. I don't want to speak bad for them, but I didn't appreciate to sleep on sheets used by others (despite the fact that the hotel wasn't expensive) and the reacted of the owner.
