We stayed three nights. The apartment has two huge rooms, clean, cozy, and in the center of the city. The only issues Are, it is extremely challenging to communicate with the receptionist, which is only open at 911. On the booking, there was no instruction on how to access the property. We tried to inquire about entry, but it wasnt easy. We were informed that a code would be sent before our stay and it would be sent through the night before. This did not occur, and a code was sent through the morning of our stay. If you want entry earlier than Rp, it can be done which we were informed of when the code was provided rather than before. 2. The showerbathroom. It floods when the shower is on, particularly when the shower head is not directed to the floor and the tiled wall. Day 1 lesson learned The shower screendoor is very heavy and difficult to open and close, so I had to ask for help to open it to get out of the shower. The shower screen is of poor design and leads to an unpleasant experience. Its a very large, clean unit with good heating. However, servicereception let this complex down.

We stayed in a floor room which smelled quite smokey. Very good value room with a convenient location not far from the expressway and close to shops and cafes.

The morisset apartments are located in the city center of Morisset, Lake Macquarie. Parking is available. The apartments are very close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The facilities are a bit limited, with small, unneeded plates, cups, etc. It might be prudent to bring your own bowls and silverware. Overall, a good location to stay.

It is very challenging to communicate with the receptionist, who is only open at 9 a.m. On the reservation, there was no information about how to get into the complex. We tried to make inquiries about entry, but it wasnt easy. We were informed that a code would be sent throughout the night before our stay. This did not occur, and after another followup email, a code was sent through the morning of our stay. Is it possible to arrange entry earlier than Rp, which we were informed of when the code was provided, not before. The bathroom shower. It floods when the shower is on, especially when the shower head is not pointed to the ground or the tiled wall lesson learned day 1. Shower screendoor is very heavy and difficult to open and close, so I had to ask for help to open it to escape from the shower. The shower screen is poorly designed and creates an unpleasant experience. A very big unit, clean, and has good heating, is depressing. However, this complex suffers from service and reception.

The apartments are well situated, providing good space and amenities for a short stay. Booking online was easy and parking was available on site. I was underwhelmed by the cleanliness of the place, it looked like it had just been cleaned on the surface. I found a lot of dust and dirt on the couches and kitchen table. This has reduced my overall rating, which is a shame because cleanliness is easy to achieve.
