Comfortable hotel and good size room in the downtown. Check in was easy and friendly. Outside sitting area is excellent. High pressure water. The room has have a fridge but if you need to use it ask the front desk to plug it . The breakfast has a good variety. Great local restaurants near the hotel

Great. Especially at that price point. I know there are more luxurious hotels near Petra, but why bother? It was all I needed. Plus the owner/manager is there to make sure it runs well. I didn't try the restaurant at night, but the breakfast buffet filled me up with plenty of energy for the long hikes ahead.

Staff at the property were very kind, went above & beyond for us. From letting us use their personal phones to make calls when our didnt work, to giving us a ride to the store in their personal vehicle to get things without charge. Kindest staff Ive ever encountered at any hotel anywhere!

Helpful friendly staff, other than a slight issue with a slow water faucet in the bathroom. 2 night stay was comfortable enough. Rooms could be slightly bigger for a 4 person room, but we were all fine to be honest.

Очень комфортный отель в Петре. в номере тепло (были в январе), есть горячая вода в душе (судя по отызвам, в Петре это редкость:)). Самое главное и приятное - есть беслпатный трансфер к входу в Петру и обратно в отель. Воспользовались трансфером несколько раз, даже вызывали машину после новной Петры - без проблем приезжает машина в течение 5 минут. за это огромный плюс!

This hotel is about 2km from the Petra Archaeological site. The hotel has everything you would need after a hard couple of days of walking the dusty streets of the Petra site. We had a car and there were loads of street parking in front of the hotel and at Petra. Check in was quick which was appreciated as we were tired sightseeing after Petra. Hot water pressure was strong and the room and bathrooms were clean. Western and Jordanian breakfasts was provided. English was spoken at the reception. I would stay here again.

Hotel was great, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast which was included was very good. If you did not have a car it was too far to walk to the entrance to Petra especially after all the walking you did in Petra. But they have a free shuttle back and forth, you just give their card to the information desk at the Petra entrance and they call for you Also there is a place almost across the street to change money. The hotel takes Visa credit cards

Hard to fault this hotel. Recommended to us by a travel agent friend who lives in wadi Musa, this is a clean and comfortable place not too far from Petra - although probably a bit far to walk to it for most. The breakfast offers a good selection and we even had great views of beautiful sunsets. Comfortable bed too.

Stayed two nights. Very Clean and comfortable. Room was dim so kind of hard to get ready in the morning but used a mirror by the window and was able to put on my makeup. Would help if bathroom had brighter light. WiFi wouldn’t work in our room from 730 at night until 530 in the morning but always strong WiFi in lobby. Hotel breakfast buffet really good and plentiful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Recently refurbished. Comfy beds, nice bathroom (except for the lighting). Breakfast is basic though. Good location, many restaurants around. Great view from the top, which should soon host breakfast tables. Ask for a room off the street for a quiet night.
