I strongly recommend it. The hotel and the employees here were wonderful. This is a real boutique hotel that stands up to the reputation of a slick group of hotels. The rooms, restaurant, and lounge areas are beautifully decorated, and the employees are very nice and friendly.

I liked the comfortable room with a balcony. The reception was very nice. The hotel is near Shimislav ski resort. The bath amenities in the hotel need to be improved. Room service menu is very nice, and the food is provided by Manana restaurant. Parking is free and not crowded.

I will definitely be there when I return to Alma in the future. I had a fantastic dinner at the boutique hotel in Alma, the Donatello restaurant. I had to make a note of my experience because of the great food and service. Unlikely, it is open every day for customers, hidden in a busy neighborhood on the way up to stunning, gorgeous mountains. The boutique hotel's non-intrusive service, beautiful furniture, and truly exceptionally delicious and fresh foods welcome you. I ate the finest mozzarella in my life! You can be certain that I travel frequently and compare. The food selection and quality were fantastic, without a doubt, it was exceptional. I want to thank the employees for making my experience fantastic.

I chose this hotel because the staff were friendly. The room was wonderful with a balcony and an amazing bathroom. Actually, I was taking a photo shoot there and it was perfectly picturesque. The room is very good with a balcony too. The bad thing is the computer doesn't respond to our request. Just a bad word in my experience, the staff did their best.

Although the room was good and the reception staff was friendly, they demanded to pay 30 00 kzt a front-of-house fee for the minibar when I just spent a few hours trying to sleep before my early morning flight. The Manana Restaurant was poor because they ran out of menu items and the waitress was rude. :the condition of the hotel is very bad, especially the room service, not very good, and the service is very bad.
