I booked a basic single room with a free upgrade probably because there were no other guests staying. diana, the receptionist lady, was very friendly and helpful. She also took care of the taxi that brought me from and then back to the airport. But, to put it mildly, the taxi that took me to the hotel was an old woman who had seen better days. The hotel itself is part of a multistory structure and I believe there are only 3 levels. There is no elevator. Its a new hotel but it is starting to show wear. Yet, generally, it is still a pretty good hotel, ok for shirt stays. There is a television, a hairdryer, and a mini bar in the room. The room has a tea kettle. In the room, there is a tea kettle. Almost impossible to find a better hotel than this one in this place.

We were in stand for a full week for a conference holiday. We were unaware of the city and chose sky lux based on its location. The hotel is a little expensive, but it is on par with other cities at the same level of service. And diana and the rest of the staff took such excellent care of us that it was well worth the price. When we arrived in stand at early am, a cab was picked up by the hotel. We were bloated and ready to go to bed, but when it was offered, we agreed to a cup of tea. diana brought us a full spread of pancakes, jam, and other goodies. It was really a pleasure after a long journey. The next morning, we slept through breakfast, but they kept it for us until we woke up at noon. Breakfast was a large selection of kayak and Western foods, including caviar. The hotel's staff was excellent. They arranged cabs, confirmed rates, made a number of calls, and gave travel suggestions. With our 7-year-old, they were also great. The room was large and had all the amenities. The hotel is supposed to charge per piece of laundry, but they agreed to do several loads for us at a greatly reduced price. The hotel is in a new area of town and is very important for all the sights and activities.

Location is good, the staff and room were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is close to the main landmarks and famous shops and restaurants. But the price is quite expensive even for stand maybe because of World Expo opening days.

The price was fair. But the location was great, there are shops and restaurants close by, so that was not a huge deal, especially for the firm bed. The earplugs worked a few nights and the neighboring club pounded dance music at 100 am.

The service from the employee was really impressive, they provide a warm room because it was so cold outside. They also serve breakfast best. They have all the facilities. The room was really big and had a big bathroom.
