This was a nice, clean, safe hotel. The food in the restaurant was inexpensive and very good! As was the beer. They don’t accept American $1 bills though, no bank in Kenya will accept them so the staff can’t. $5 and up only. Rooms are big! Shower was good, no hair dryers though, not even at the front counter.

I am so incredibly thankful for Kenya Comfort suites. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Due to the unfortunate unsafety and lack of compassion at the Aden Bay City hotel, our driver took us to the amazing Kenya Comfort. At midnight, they were so welcoming. The staff took care of us in every compacity. Breakfast was amazing. With a variety of local cuisine. I highly recommend Kenya Comfort Hotel and suites.

Fantastic service from the security to the restaurant staff and cleaners. All helpful and with great ideas if you are stuck on places to eat, shop etc. Good location in a safe area and good shops

The town's center and the viewing point are also within walking distance. The staff was so accommodating. I had a quick check-in at seven and a half hours earlier than normal. They have a restaurant on site that I have used many times. They also opened at five in the morning so I could get some cereal before my early flight to London.

After my arduous tour, I decided to stay here for one night. Good-looking bed, spacious room, and hot shower disadvantages it frequently loses a signal. When I went to dinner at a restaurant, I found that the food was normal pizza had no flavor. WiFi occasionally worked well, but it was inconvenient. I asked at the front desk for a hairdryer, but there was none. Since there was hardly any left in the room, I asked for toilet paper, but there was none. They claimed they would send someone up, but the person never came. I scheduled a transfer to the airport the next morning. The transfer was on schedule, but at the price I paid 25$ USD, I expected better service. The driver stopped at a gas station on his way to the airport, with its music going loudly in the car and the window rolling down even though it was cold. He should have thought about refueling before transporting me. In conclusion, this hotel was acceptable for one night, but I don't think I would return.

I stayed here for a few nights. It's in a great location, with reliable wifi and a good selection of meals. Special thanks to the staff who noticed my airport transfer was late and took the initiative to contact them for me.

The location of this hotel is in the militant area. And then, the pool here is so clean. After that, the price isn't that bad because of the cheap price.
