The area is lovely, with a nice view over the fields. Really nice pool area! Room was spacious with big Windows and a little patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Wifi could be improved. They stated that they had freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast but they only had it 1 out of 4 mornings we spent there.

I stayed at Hotel Gracanica with some family and friends, leading up to, and including the night of my wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and supportive leading up our big day - to the extent that it felt they were celebrating the occasion with us! This, combined with pristine facilities, scenic views, and nice food / drinks - created a home from home experience - great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Restaurant bietet abwechslungsreiche Küche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut geschult. Das Hotel mit dem schönen Pool und Garten ist ein Haus zum Entspannen zum Wohlfühlen.

We are hoping to be able to return soon. Congratulations to Andreas worser, his partners, and his family for creating this amazing paradise just a few minutes from the capital. What a feat! The spacious minimalist architecture of the property, the stunning pool, the lovely garden, and surrounding fields are soothing to the eye and encourage you to remain as long as possible. For us, this was the place where we felt like we were on vacation. Everyone was really welcoming and honest. The small library offers many gems that are difficult to find anywhere in Kokoro and beyond. The hotels' involvement in several important charitable programs should be sincerely supported. In short, this is unquestionably one of the most exciting places you can visit in Kokoro!

This hotel is very reliable and clean, with spacious rooms with a balcony. It was a very enjoyable experience, bouncing around on the other side of the bed with my teenage daughter. They provide breakfast dishes, like bread, spreads, cold cuts, fruit, eggs, and the staff prepare your eggs and bacon as you like. The cost of the taxi from the center is 1113 euros. For 4,50 euros, we took a tan on Alibi Shopping Mall. However, since we didn't have time to swim, the pool didn't appear to be very clean. The mattress in the double bed was the only disadvantage for us. When my son turned, I was bouncing on the other side of the bed, bouncing on the other side. He would always wake me up.

This hotel is a treasure, and I would stay there again if I visit Kokoro. Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic little hotel for two nights, and I really enjoyed it. Lovely mineral pool sprinkled throughout and a lovely outlook of the nearby hills and farms. The room was spacious, spotless, and quiet, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lawn area. The staff was all extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The experience was wonderful and a highlight. The food was outstanding. I'm loving their homemade jar!

I spent less than half of what I did at the fiesta hotel in the pristine downtown. Excellent find and excellent value. I needed an escape from the city after five days of being in the center of it all. I was greeted with a pickup at the airport by Aziz, Manuela, and grade, provided assistance with logistical difficulties at the front desk, and enjoyed delicious meals and beverages at the hotel for supper. The family atmosphere gave me the support and rest I needed to prepare for my return home the following day. Using all the amenities provided-roundtrip airport transportation, pool, drinks, and food.

We stayed here with our family for 3 nights. The staff and hotel are very nice. The food is great, locally sourced, and the atmosphere was very nice. Due to the summer, newlywed couples would appear on hotel premises, restaurant, pool, and garden to take professional pictures. We heard that they pay the hotel to do this, but it was quite an unpleasant experience to see daily more than 10 couples coming and going in their tuxedos and night gowns to take pictures while trying to swim or enjoy yourself in the pool area. The worst part of our experience was on our last night, when a bachelorette party was taking place outside the pool. This is a small hotel and the rooms are around it. The music was very loud and we couldn't sleep the whole night. That was not only disturbing, but it was also unprofessional. After complaining to the staff, they were kind and understanding enough not to charge us for that night.

An excellent hotel staff treatment from arriving to check out The hotel is in a peaceful quiet area where you can relax after a flight or a journey since it's near pristina airport also breakfast was very good served in or outdoor in a very nice nature. The only thing I disliked having small bugs or insects in the room 😒
