The hotel is in a fantastic position, very spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful rooftop bar restaurant. Food is delicious, quality is important to me as a foodie, and I must say that the salmon, steak, and mashed potato were delicious! We ate in the rooftop bar every night. It's difficult to get a table, so make a reservation in advance if you want to have the best view of the city and mountains.

The best hotel in Bishkek. The best location, the best service. Just one recommendation to make a better offer for the beer in your hotel. The only option of draft beer is the beetle which is nasty. Kyrgyzstan has much better beer like area etc.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel has good room. The restaurant on the top floor has good food and has amazing view. The default room temperature is too hot and we have very uncomfortable nights. The hotel staff are not helping. The breakfast was typical.

I want to start by saying goodbye to 2017, our first and last year. First of all, I wish everyone a successful new year. We reserved two rooms at the Sheratons Hotel after making the reservation two weeks ago. When requesting the accommodation, the employees were incredibly amazing and really accommodating. They assisted us in locating a fantastic location for the New Year's Eve celebration. As expected, we arrived to check in on December 31 and were given two rooms. Only to discover one of the two rooms was available. Even though only one of our junior suits was finished, we made an attempt to upgrade to two junior suits. The entire experience has been stressful and distressing for all of us. Particularly, my little niece, who has been eagerly anticipating this. Although I realize it's a busy day, we have made a reservation and made two weeks in advance. I only hope the staff can offer better customer care and making guests feel at home. The hotel smelt lost my attention after I made the payment. In the future, I anticipate better service.

My wife and I had our wedding party at the Sheraton with 50 guests and the service was very good and professional from planning to execution. The food was wonderful and the waiters were professional and attentive from start to finish. I can't praise the staff enough for their professionalism. Even the general manager took personal interest in the event from the initial planning stage right up until the end.. WOW! We stayed in a junior suite that was great with a stunning panoramic view of the city.. If you want to be pampered at the best hotel in Bishkek, The Sheratons is the place for you! We want to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff who were involved in our special day.
