Place is at strategic area, walking to the tour agency that we are going to. Room, toilet and hotel lobby were clean. The lady at the reception was very helpful and she speak very good English. Our stays were pleasant.

In Laos I had often difficulty communicating in English even with people affiliated with tourism, but the front desk of Alisa Guesthouse is served by a very pleasant, kind, charming lady, graduate of UC San Diego who spoke perfect English and who gave us extremely helpful advice and info. The Guesthouse is located right in the middle of downtown Pakse. The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The only drawback was that WiFi was available only in the public space on the ground floor.

The location of the hotel is near the mart, where you can buy just about everything you need. One of the rooms had a double bed and two twin beds while we were paused. The rooms were roomy and clean, had effective air conditioning, wifi, and had decent bathrooms. We received a good room, albeit the receptionist didn't speak very well English.

This simple, basic guesthouse works for a family. It has AC and hot water, no breakfast but the room is clean. The room on the street hears traffic at night and in the early morning hours. The staff is nice. It has a place to pull your motorcycle at night. It's near restaurants and transportation.

The name is a new building that is on the main road behind their guesthouse. The front desk staff was welcoming. For a night, the room was clean, fashionable, and cozy. Good wifi and a nice bathroom. Besides a comfy bed, there is storage space and a safe. The breakfast was basic but decent. We booked through Goda, but Papplications pay at the hotel is a scam. They charge 3 for credit card and, if you choose to pay in local currency, their conversion rate is poor. There was a little occupancy so if we returned, we would pay the much less cash rate and stay at the sang aroun that was comparable but more affordable. It's fine for a night, but we didn't return because we passed through it again and stayed at the same but cheaper sang aroun across the street.

The receptionist can speak English very well and can give you useful information. The room was big and clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue was the offand wifi upstairs downstairs in the lobby.

모기는 진짜 많았어요. 스프레이를 빌려 뿌리고 잤습니다. 헤어드라이기가 없어서 좀 불편했어요. 침대,방은 진짜 크고 좋습니다. 길가방은 뷰가 있지만 매우 시끄럽습니다. 직원들은 친절 합니다

My friend and I would have reviewed Alisa Hotel with better marks if it was not for the terrible noise and fumes getting in the front rooms. Note that any twin beds room faces the main road! Fortunately the people working there were very efficient and really nice.

Calidad precio está bien. Hay agua caliente, habitación grande, tv de tubo con alguna peli en inglés, A/C. Agua gratis cada dia. Lo mejor es la situación, hay un montón de restaurantes y agencias alrededor. Y en recepción hablan un muy buen inglés. Contras: muchos mosquitos. No hay aire en los rellanos y al abrir la puerta entran todos. A/C un poco ruidoso. Wifi casi inexistente en la habitación (buena en recepción).

Cheap, clean place to stay for a night in Pakse. There's no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. It was pretty loud with sounds of motorbikes since our room was facing the street.

clean room with air con, tv and fridge staff spoke good english but seemed indifferent towards guests no service what so ever, not even a question if everything is all right, no help with luagage or information where one could get breakfast, cold athmosphere
