This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in during many years of travel to Asia. It is in a great location and beautiful rooms. The staff was kind and helpful. From the reception area to the stylish rooms with lovely linens and bathrooms, this hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The only drawback was that the rooms were a little dim due to the proximity of the building next door, but it definitely didn't bother me with the amazing room.

The location was not bad but down an alley. The room was very clean and spacious without elevator and we were on level 4, got very hot there was air conditioning but not strong enough. Also the bathroom is a sliding glass door with a curtain. Loved the breakfast at the cafe downstairs that was an added bonus. Staff very helpful help us with our luggage and lend us some umbrellas when it was raining

I absolutely enjoyed my 4 day stay at the Bloom Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly and gave excellent value for the money. The location is also good, right next to everything you need and peaceful at the same time. I highly recommend this place.

The room rate and the fact that I booked a junior suite room left me feeling underwhelming and disappointed. Hotel marketing ingenious using descriptions such as junior suite. The pictures look good and the room rate includes breakfast which promotes a better sense of overall value, and we are told it is served in the bloom cafe below the hotel. The image created in my mind was very positive and I was looking forward to my stay. The reality is little more than a budget hotel with some fancy paint finishes the whole building just seems to transmit noise not helped by the use of hard floor materials and doors without slow closers. Especially annoying if you are awoken several times by banging doors. The picture is attached. This hotel is good at promoting itself! On two of the three mornings I stayed, my shower was cold. I was asked to choose from the menu the day before and chose fried eggs and croissant. The hotels temporarily open the cafe to residents for breakfast. I expected there would be some fruit juices pastries, cereals etc. What I needed to ask for was no fruit. I could not have been able to find anything other than my two poor cooked fried eggs, a croissant and a bit of fruit. I would seriously recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Veniane to avoid this place.
