Comfy bed, clean room and nice pool. Restaurant had slow service but the food was good when it arrived. To many staff not doing anything so we ordered at the bar for food and every drink.

Great place to relax and enjoy side trips to the Paksong area especially waterfalls. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is nice, service, pool, sauna and outdoor facilities are very good. Highly recommendable.

This place was just magical! Such a beautiful resort with a stunning garden! The pool is like a movie, you just swim and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains everywhere around you! We would definitely return and stay here even for a month. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

There is a spa-style hotel with a sizable garden filled with hydrangea flowers. There is a playground for kids. Sadly, the garden is neglected, even the play area. The front desk and restaurant personnel struggled with their English at all, but only the manager could speak excellent English. The kitchen surface is covered in dust, there is a big room, but cleanliness needs to be improved. There is only one local grocery store across from the resort, so there isn't much you can do. Without adequate fencing and security, strangers can enter the resort freely without a proper fence. There was construction going on to build a pool, which might improve the experience in the future. The fresh fried egg and sausages, local noodle soup, and other breakfast, which was surprisingly decent. Also good was the coffee maker. The breakfast experience outside while a chilly morning with a garden view was the best one we had at this hotel.

This is cultural across laws to be fair, but worrying when you ask important allergy related questions. It would also be useful to have motorbikes available to rent at the resort, getting to waterfalls on mountain bikes was an adventure but not at all ideal all in all, a great stay, hats off to the reception staff, they are seriously first class. The lady working at the front desk was simply excellent, she helped my partner with his gluten allergy, personally cooking him breakfast, and even walking us to the local bus stop to ensure we made our way back to pause safely. The entire resort has exactly what you need, offering accommodation ranging from highend to flashpacker, and it's begging for a pool, which is apparently being added next year. The gardens are also beautifully kept, and the coffee shop gift shop and children's play areas are tastefully designed. My only complaint is that some of the coffee shop restaurant employees are not quite on board and tend to just nod and agree rather than saying they don't understand. It is cultural across laws to be fair, but it's worrying when you're asking critical allergy related questions. After a work trip, I stayed here for one night to unwind, get out of the city and unwind. When I got there, I was taken to my spacious, well-appointed room. Next, I attempted to walk to the pool, which was locked at the rp with no staff. After that, I had to walk back to the front desk to get the staff member to let me in. The pool's view was breathtaking, and they have a lovely bar there, but sadly, there isn't a bartender, which is a little disappointing. I thought it would be nice to sleep with the windows open when going to sleep due to the chilly weather, but karaoke was playing until at least 1030. When I woke up, the music still went on at 5.45 a. M., which takes away from the peace and tranquility. Not sure if I caught it on a poor day or if this is typical for a Saturday night, but my room in pause was quiet, which should not be the case. Breakfast was excellent, mostly carbs rice, rice soup, bread, stir-fried instant noodles with some stirred vegetables, and green bananas. The outdoor shower was a lovely idea, but was covered in mold and moss, leaving my feet dirtier than before. I appreciate it's rainy season,

The resort has much potential. Sadly it is poorly managed and with the exception of the pool very dirty. There is dust on all surfaces in the room , the windows look as if they haven’t been cleaned for weeks, the staff appear unmotivated and lazy. The food was good in the restaurant, but not so the service, breakfast was okay. There is not much competition nearby as Tad Fane resort is regularly booked out.

The room itself was ok and the sauna was nice. Most of the staff tried their best and were very kind. That’s unfortunately where the positive things to say end. This place is neglected and falling apart. The showers in the room were a joke, in the wardrobe was a moldy blanket. Everywhere you looked was paint peeling, things overgrown by weeds and exposed cables and wires. This place didn’t weather the pandemic well and obviously needs some investment and proper maintenance and management. Value for money is negative :(
